Corresponding source code
This patch adds load average calculation under Windows platform, making "-l" switch working under this platform.
The calculation is based on two compounds:
- memory load (using GlobalMemoryStatusEx function)
- CPU load (using GetSystemTimes function)
The load average is computed as weighted average of these two compounds.
