Corresponding source code
A series of three patches for trunk r9859. It looks strange when a building is built on top of a crater and then destroyed and the crater is still there as if the building had just floated on top of it. However, just adding MapFieldNoBuilding flags at craters has the side effect that it disallows rocks too because they are immobile and therefore marked as buildings. So we need to change the engine a bit.
