Several changes have been made to the Fast Wavelet Transform Project. Gaussian and Poisson distributed noise simulation is part of the code as is octave(scale)-based denoising.

Wavelet_Variance and Heatmap code which were maintained independently have now been merged with the FWT Project.

Data files are now read using a generally applicable technique. In previous verions data were read in a strictly formatted way, i.e., two-columns. Now 1, 2, or 3 column data files are handled and extension to larger numbers of columns is straightforward.
